right now, but I am seriously considering in the near future to add
real estate auction sales to my services. I would partner up with
an experienced auctioneer/real estate broker, alternatively I would
give you a referral if out of town.

Martin, what would you charge for a fundraising auction out of
town.

I
have recently changed my fee structure for these type of auctions,
from an hourly rate to a flat rate fee. Currently I am
charging $500 + GST. If travel time to the auction venue is under 2
hours by car one way there will be no additional charge of
hotel/travel expenses (road/rail/air) as applicable.
