All buyers must be registered & have a buyer number prior to bidding on any item(s).

All items will be sold "As Is Where Is" to the highest bidder.

All sales are final.

Verbal announcements shall take precedence over all written materials.

All items shall be sold without reserve except for real estate/vehicles.

Once the auctioneer declares an item sold, the company/seller is no longer responsible for that item for loss or accident.

All items sold must be paid in full by the applicable buyer prior to leaving sale location.

All items must be removed after completion of sale.

PST & GST will be added to your purchases, unless exempt.

Accepted auction payment is by cash/cheque with appropriate photo ID.
